Samantha joined Watson Laurie in July 2020, after 20 years working in construction insurance.

For the last 15 years she has specialised in Latent Defects and worked for some of the UK’s largest warranty providers.
Particular interests include assisting on modular and offsite schemes, but her experience ranges all types of projects and she can bring knowledge and expertise in placing even the most complex of risks, thanks to a deep understanding of the market.
Samantha is based in Southern England enhancing Watson Laurie’s scope in this region alongside the highly successful existing Latent Defects Team
